Nostradamus and Climate Change

December 28th 2010 23:49

It’s official, 2010 has been the wildest year on record, with more natural disasters recorded than ever before. And 2011 is shaping up for more of the same.
The above image from Nostramamus’ lost book, unlike many of his works, is unambiguous, clearly showing a tree handing two figures a scroll. Of course, the image, as with all symbolic works, is open to personal interpretation.

MW interprets the image in the following way. There are three pedestals on which sit three planetary rulers, the West, the East, and the Environment. The Environment is showing the other two a scroll, which may be a list of grievances, of wrongs committed, or an ultimatum. Given what is now happening, the latter would seem the case: fix it, or face the consequences.
Note that the trees are brown, not green.
